1. Shipping

Surgo Gemma will process your order as soon as the transaction receipt is received. We will process the purchased items as quickly as possible. During the sale period, order processing and customer service may take longer than usual. We are available from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are at your expense and are as follows:

Italy: 10
Europe: 20

3. Delivery

Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility. In such cases, the shipping company may contact you, and once your products are in customs, they can provide you with cost information. Be aware that this may delay delivery times. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary taxes to local authorities and for the release of goods held in customs. Delivery times are provided as an estimate and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment transaction authorization and/or stock availability.

4. Additional Shipping Information

Customs duties or import charges on products are collected once the package has reached the destination country. These taxes must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, Surgo Gemma has no control over these taxes and cannot predict in advance what these costs would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. The customer assumes full responsibility for all postage, return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees if they refuse to accept a package due to customs or import taxes. Please note that we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as gifts.
