1. Returned Products Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such, we handle each request on an individual basis to the best of our abilities. While we hope you are satisfied with your order, if you are not entirely pleased with your merchandise, you have 14 days from the receipt of the order to request a full refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot refund taxes, duties, fees, or the return and shipping fee. Refunds will also be based on the price paid, not the currency exchange rate at the time of the refund. To return or exchange items, please contact us at info@allhours.it with your order number, specifying whether it is a return or an exchange, and we will provide further instructions. Items cannot be returned or exchanged during Black Friday, at 50% off or above, and during special promotions.

2. Returning Products Send an email to inform us about the return of ordered products. Place the items in the original shipping box. After contacting us and providing the order number, we will ask you for the reason for the return and send you a shipping label. Include the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order. Seal the box securely. Send the package using preferably the shipping method indicated by Surgo Gemma or alternatively one of your preferred methods. Please note that items on sale for non-profit projects cannot be exchanged or returned. We recommend sending the merchandise within 7 days of the return request and providing proof of shipment to ensure that we receive the package within 14 days. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit. Once the return is accepted, the refund will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 days.

3. Return Address AllHours c/o MBE - VIA MATERA, 81- ALTAMURA (BA) ITALY Before your package leaves our warehouse, it is thoroughly inspected by our packing team. If an item is deemed defective and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving it, as we can offer alternatives such as exchanges and/or repairs.

4. Exchanges Purchased items can be exchanged for different sizes and colors. Exchanges are processed only upon receipt of the returned merchandise and are subject to stock availability. Shipping for exchanges is at your expense. If you are interested in a different style, please return the items and proceed to purchase a different product on www.allhours.it. Products cannot be exchanged and/or returned during Black Friday.
