All Hours shipping

We begin processing your order after payment confirmation and prepare each garment with care. During sales, order preparation may take a few additional days. For information about your order, contact info@allhours.it.

Shipping costs

We ship to the European Union, San Marino, Monaco, Liechtenstein, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and Canada. Malta and Cyprus are included in the European rate. Other destinations are not available at checkout.

Base rates are in euros. If you shop in another currency, the converted cost is shown at checkout. Digital Gift Cards have no shipping charge.

Delivery times and pre-orders

For in-stock garments, estimated transit times start when the parcel is handed to the carrier: 24–48 hours in Italy and up to 4 business days in Europe. Customs checks may extend delivery times. For the United States and Canada, timing depends on the destination and customs clearance: contact us before ordering for further information.

Pre-order items are not ready for dispatch. Preparation time is stated on the product page: for the light-blue Coreana, this is currently approximately 40 days before dispatch. Transit time is additional. Carrier estimates refer to transport after the parcel has been dispatched.

Where orders are dispatched from

Orders leave our logistics warehouse at MAIL BOXES ETC. CENTRO MBE, Via Matera 81, 70022 Altamura (BA), Italy. Corso Italia 19/C, 70123 Bari (BA), is our registered office only.

Customs and deliveries outside the EU

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to local import taxes and duties, payable by the customer. The carrier may contact you with cost information once the goods are being cleared through customs. Customs checks may affect delivery times. The recipient is responsible for paying the amounts due to the relevant authorities to release the shipment. Delivery times are estimates and exclude possible delays due to payment authorisation and/or product availability.

Additional information

Customs duties or import charges apply once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. All Hours has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance, as they vary according to local regulations. If delivery is refused because of import duties or taxes, the customer assumes full responsibility for all costs incurred, including shipping, return shipping, customs charges and any handling fees. We cannot declare a lower order value or mark an order as a gift.
