Returns policy
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
How to request a return
You can request a return without an account: email info@allhours.it with your order number and the item you wish to return. For a size exchange, also state the size you would like. We will provide return instructions.
Alternatively, from your account:
- Sign in to your All Hours account.
- Go to Orders.
- Select the order you wish to return.
- Click “Request return” below the product.
- Prepare the parcel and return the garment in its original packaging.
Return conditions
The garment must be intact, unworn, and returned with its original tags and packaging.
Return costs payable by the customer
For returns requesting a refund, return shipping costs are payable by the customer and deducted from the refund:
- Italy: €15
- Europe, excluding the United Kingdom and Switzerland: €20
- United Kingdom: €30
- Switzerland: €30
- United States: €40
- Canada: €40
Size exchanges are free.
For a faulty or incorrect item, All Hours covers all return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once the return reaches our warehouse, the refund will be processed automatically within 5–7 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return address
Contact us for instructions before sending your parcel. Our logistics warehouse is at MAIL BOXES ETC. CENTRO MBE, Via Matera 81, 70022 Altamura (BA), Italy. Do not send returns to our registered office in Bari.
